I am in Riga-Latvia and having a lot of fun with Arthur and Sonny. We participate also partly in a New Years event of AEGEE-Riga, but now we are in a hotel in the city center of Riga. It is around 0C, that is quite cold, but I guess in the Netherlands it is even colder….We walked through the city, had some nice parties and saw some interesting things. Yesterday and today we followed dance lectures, today we learned some ” Latvian folk dances” , which was really nice.
Riga is really a nice city, the old town has beautiful buildings and a railway bridge over the river Daugava is beautifully in a blue light. Tomorrow we will have the New Year celebrations in the streets of Riga and after we will go to a club. But for now it is time to go to sleep.
